Quality Management Policy 

Based on the new mission of ‘Responsibility, Sustainability: Our responsibility for sustainable business’, we will fulfill our responsibility for sustainable business by providing quality products and services to all customers who use our products, realizing customer satisfaction and strictly implementing customer-centered quality management. 


Organizations involved in quality management shall establish goals in accordance with the quality policy, strive for their realization, and periodically review their adequacy.


This should be shared and understood by all employees as an expression of the will to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.


  1. Continue promoting customer-centered quality management with the ISO 9001 system.
  2. Address customer needs by adhering to product and system requirements for each country where our products are used.
  3. Enhance competitiveness in Quality (Q), Cost (C), and Delivery (D) to boost customer value, while ensuring global competitiveness through continuous improvement and striving for zero customer complaints.

We reduce costs and improve product quality through standardization research and development, We are also striving to strengthen internal capabilities and improve processes through industry-academia collaboration projects.
We are leading in strengthening quality competitiveness through participation in the development of core industrial technologies.
DaehanSteel's products, resulting from various developments, can be found not only in Korea but also overseas. 

Quality Innovation

Since the launch of the TPM Secretariat in 2008, DaehanSteel has been continuously promoting innovation activities. By setting a direction for innovation that aligns with the company's vision, we are establishing a culture of autonomous improvement through company-wide initiatives. We share best practices through domestic and international benchmarking as well as participation in internal and external competitions, thereby enhancing our innovation capabilities. Through years of innovation efforts, we are building a safe and competitive production environment.
