Advantages of Bar in Coil
Coiled rebar, known for its exceptional productivity and loss reduction, can be utilized in automated systems, effectively lowering labor costs. The coiled form allows for optimized usage in various applications and resolves inventory issues caused by length variations in straight rebar. Additionally, processing productivity is higher with rolls rather than individual quantities. One bundle of coiled rebar weighs 3.5 tons and has a length of approximately 6,250m (equivalent to about 780 pieces of 8m standard rebar at 10mm). This reduces material changeover time during processing, enhancing productivity and resulting in significant loss reduction.
