It reflects a commitment to continuously improving the effectiveness of the environmental management system. Therefore, it must be communicated to all employees, partners, and other stakeholders, and managed using both quantitative and qualitative indicators. All employees are required to establish departmental goals in accordance with the environmental policy outlined below, strive to achieve these goals, and periodically review their relevance.
