Daehan Steel operates an Ethics and Compliance Reporting Center with the goal of promoting ethical and lawful management. It accepts reports on employees' legal violations and unethical business practices, and all information is kept confidential. 

Reporting Target Actions


  1. Legal Violations : Violations of fair trade laws such as collusion and unfair support, leakage and infringement of trade secrets, unfair competition practices, larceny, embezzlement, breach of trust, and other illegal activities. 
  2. Unethical Business Practices: Improper demands or offers of money, valuables, or hospitality, abuse of power (bullying), solicitation, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, etc. 
  3. Other Violations of Ethics and Code of Conduct, Suggestions for improving unreasonable practices and opinions on ethical and legal management.


  • Reports that are not based on facts or cannot be verified, as well as simple defamation, may be excluded from investigation. 
  • The information of the whistleblower will be kept strictly confidential

1. The Report/Consultation Center collects only the minimum necessary personal information. Consent is required for the collection and use of personal information to verify the consultation details and provide a response.
2. Items of personal information collected:
- Email, Name(optional), Contact Number(optional).
3. Your personal information will be securely stored in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information and Communications Network Act and will be automatically destroyed after one year.
4. Individuals have the right to refuse consent. However, if you refuse, you will not be able to use the Report/Consultation Center.
