Compliance Manual 

DaehanSteel has established the ‘Fair Trade Compliance Manual’ as a business guideline to practice compliance management.
In consideration of the company's business structure and characteristics, contractual relationships, and stakeholders, we have selected and included laws and regulations that are highly relevant to the company, and will periodically revise the compliance manual by reviewing changes in the policy environment, revisions to laws and regulations, and the latest violations.
The revisions to the Subcontracting Act and violations of fair trade-related laws and regulations that frequently occur in the same industry have been reflected to enhance the understanding of employees and prevent violations of laws in advance.

CP Operating Regulations 

DaehanSteel has established the CP Operating Regulations, which outline the basic standards and procedures that all employees of the company must follow to comply with fair trade-related laws and regulations in the performance of their duties.
The CP Operating Regulations include information on the CP organization, compliance manager, and employees' duties, as well as training, pre-business consultation system, risk assessment, effectiveness assessment, whistleblowing system, and personnel sanctions.
