CP Operating Policy 

Compliance at Daehan Steel is not just a formality, but is focused on preventing violations of the law in practice.
In accordance with this policy, DaehanSteel's CP is operated as follows.

Compliance Manager,
CP Dedicated Organization 

The Board of Directors of DaehanSteel has appointed the CEO as the joint Compliance Officer to oversee the operation of the CP.
In addition, a dedicated CP department has been established under the CEO to assist the Compliance Officer and to be responsible for the implementation of the CP

Pre-Business Consultation 

DaehanSteel employees are required to check whether there are any fair trade-related risks before proceeding with their work.
The relevant departments and the CP department form a council to check for possible violations of the law, and if necessary, external experts are also involved to conduct in-depth consultations.

Risk Assessment 

Compliance managers and the CP department periodically review whether there are any violations or possible violations of fair trade laws and regulations in the course of Daejeon's daily operations and take remedial measures to reduce the risk of violations.

Compliance Education and Events 

As you are only as good as your knowledge, DaehanSteel strives to foster compliance awareness among all employees by conducting compliance training and internal events that all employees can participate in casually and enjoyably.

Whistle blower System 

DaehanSteel operates a whistle blower system to improve legal violations and individual misconduct that are not identified through risk assessment and pre-work consultation system.
We are promoting the activation of the system by thoroughly ensuring the anonymity of the whistle blower.
