DaehanSteel is introducing the ‘Fair Trade Compliance Program’ an internal compliance system organized by the Korea Fair Trade Commission. By providing clear standards of behavior in line with fair trade-related laws and regulations, we aim to enhance employees' sense of compliance and ethics, prevent legal violations, and promote a fair culture. DaehanSteel is not only establishing itself as an innovative company in Korea but is also expanding its overseas presence and strengthening its network to build a global management system.

As of 01 DEC 2023, the Compliance Management Office, a permanent organisation in charge of compliance, was established, The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that a culture of compliance with fair trade laws and regulations is established within the company.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for revising the Compliance Manual, which serves as a guideline for employees' behaviour, and running events and training programs for employees, We ask all executives and employees to strictly comply with the Fair Trade Act and the Code of Ethical Conduct so that a fairer and more transparent corporate culture can be established within the company.
